Pricing method and deadlines

The cost of the expertise is fixed according to the technical difficulty of the expertise file, the time that the expert will have to devote to it, but never in relation to the value of the property or the financial stake of the file.
The level of fees is set according to the degree of technical complexity of the file and on the basis of the hourly session.

The "time" of the expertise includes:

  • the interview prior to taking charge of the file,

  • the constitution of the expertise file,

  • the organization and visit of the premises, the measurement of the built parts, the taking of photographs,

  • the search for information on town planning, zoning plans, regulations, etc.,

  • ordering specific documents,

  • the control and study of the documents submitted,

  • targeted market research,

  • the constitution of the benchmark of terms of comparison,

  • drafting the expert report,

  • submission of the report with interview if necessary (printed versions and digital version).

A detailed estimate is made beforehand, on simple request.

Any appointment is formalized by an expertise contract. After acceptance, the "expertise contract" will confirm the client's agreement to carry out the expertise.

This document commits the expert to the amounts of costs defined in advance, the deadline for submitting the report and the exact nature of the mission entrusted to him.

For certain specific files, we can enlist the skills of an expert surveyor, an urban architect or a building economist, whose intervention cost is defined in advance.
