Nicolas Guénand is a voluntary, humanist and passionate entrepreneur who created his company in 2018 within I@D France, the first network of real estate agents.
Coming from the world of rescue and life safety, Nicolas began his career as a volunteer firefighter rescuing people in distress, fighting fires, training civilians in first aid, then ensuring the safety of employees. on petrochemical sites.
At the same time, he got involved as a reserve policeman and volunteer with the French Red Cross.
Then, he quickly turned to the commercial sector, an area requiring just as much investment and human values that characterize Nicolas so well.Today, most of Nicolas' work is word of mouth. It offers its customers the most complete services on the market, always with the aim of selling at the best price while reducing sales times.
The opinions of his customers testify to Nicolas' skills.In order to meet strong demand from his customers, he created WelHome Conciergerie, a private concierge service for the management of short-term rental properties. Since 2023, he has been a certified real estate expert with the Center National de l'Expertise.
He is mandated by his clients to carry out real estate appraisals, which consists in determining in all impartiality, independence and with precision the market value or the rental value of a property or a real estate right.To date, it's 5 years of experience in real estate, more than 150 families supported in their real estate projects and around forty properties managed by Welhome Conciergerie.
Who are we ?
Our appraisal firm, whose head office is located near Aix-en-Provence (Bouche du Rhône), intervenes in the context of real estate appraisals in the valuation of all types of property and real estate rights (housing, shops and businesses).
We specialize in particular in the liquidation of joint ownership, matrimonial regimes, successions, donations, depreciation of market value, tax assistance, co-ownership but also in collective proceedings against companies or individuals. .

The activity of our firm is twofold: amicable and judicial.

The mission of the justice expert consists, as an "occasional collaborator of the judge", in providing technical answers to the magistrates during disputes pending before the Courts. They intervene within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence.
In the amicable field, our work is generally carried out in close collaboration with Notaries, lawyers and legal representatives but also directly with individuals.
We operate in the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region, in Paris and the Paris region and more generally throughout France.
